Zentrix Network Graph
See how everything connects — and which nodes hold it together.
A relationship and network graph for Power BI. Plot any source→target relationships across a deterministic force-directed layout, trace neighbourhoods and shortest paths, group communities into colour-coded clusters, and let the built-in insight engine surface hubs, bridges and fragmentation — all computed entirely inside the Power BI sandbox.
Features
Built to surface
what matters
Deterministic force layout
A seeded, deterministic force-directed layout places every node the same way for the same data — no more “my graph moved” on refresh. Pinned-layout mode replays saved positions instantly, skipping the simulation entirely.
Neighbourhoods & path analysis
Hover a node to light up its neighbourhood; click to focus, trace ego networks, and find the shortest path between any two nodes. Unrelated nodes fade so the relationship you care about stands out.
Communities & clustering
Automatic community detection groups related nodes into colour-coded clusters with hulls, so the shape of the network reads at a glance — dense cores, loose fringes, and the bridges between them.
Built-in insight engine
The engine detects hubs, bridges, isolated clusters and overall density and calls them out on the canvas — the influential nodes and single points of failure you'd otherwise miss.

The Insight Engine
Insights that never
leave your tenant
The Network Graph computes its insights with transparent, deterministic logic — entirely inside the Power BI sandbox. No external calls, no telemetry, nothing leaves your tenant.
- Hubs — the most connected, influential nodes
- Bridges — nodes that hold separate clusters together
- Isolated clusters & fragmentation
- Network density and overall structure
Runs in the Power BI sandbox
Every insight is computed inside the Power BI visual sandbox. The visual makes no external network calls and sends no telemetry — nothing about your data leaves your tenant.
Deterministic insights
No AI guesswork. Streaks, weekday rhythm, anomalies, and year-over-year are computed with transparent, repeatable logic — the same data always yields the same result.
Insight engine, built in
The heatmap doesn't just plot — it reads the pattern for you, surfacing what changed and what's worth a second look, right on the canvas.
Free to use
Free, fast to install, and yours to keep
The core Network Graph is free — no trial, no watermark, no sign-in. Add it from AppSource once it's live, drop it on your canvas, and you're running. Full setup steps live in the docs.
