Frequently asked questions
How do I install a Zentrix visual from AppSource?
In Power BI Desktop or the Power BI service, open a report, go to the Visualizations pane, choose “Get more visuals,” and search for the Zentrix visual (e.g. “Zentrix Calendar Heatmap”) on Microsoft AppSource. Click Add and the visual appears in your Visualizations pane, ready to drop onto the canvas.
Is the visual free? Are there premium features?
The core Zentrix Calendar Heatmap is free and certified on AppSource — no sign-in, no trial, no watermark. If a premium tier is offered in future, any paid capabilities will be clearly marked inside the visual; the free features you rely on today will keep working.
I found a bug or the visual isn't rendering. What do I do?
Email us at support@zentrixstudio.in with your Power BI version (Desktop or service), the visual version, a short description of what you expected vs. what happened, and a screenshot if possible. A small sample .pbix that reproduces the issue helps us fix it faster.
How is my report data handled?
The Zentrix Calendar Heatmap runs entirely inside the Power BI sandbox. It makes no external network calls, sends no telemetry, and processes only the report data Power BI passes to it. Nothing leaves your tenant.
