Terms of Service

1. Scope and acceptance
These terms govern your use of the Zentrix Studio website and general interactions with us. Use of a downloadable or AppSource Power BI visual is also governed by the applicable End-User License Agreement. A signed proposal, order form, or other written agreement controls if it conflicts with these general terms.
2. Product status and information
Product pages may describe planned, preview, or coming-soon functionality. A visual is not represented as published or Microsoft certified unless we provide a verified AppSource listing or certification link. Roadmaps, release dates, and preview features may change.
3. Professional services
Custom visual, dashboard, embedded analytics, web, and consulting engagements begin under a written scope covering deliverables, assumptions, timeline, fees, acceptance, support, and any customer responsibilities. Scope changes may affect cost and schedule.
4. Fees, taxes, and cancellation
Fees and payment milestones are stated in the applicable proposal or marketplace plan. Amounts are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. Cancellation, renewal, and refund rights follow the purchasing channel and written agreement; Microsoft marketplace purchases are also subject to Microsoft's commercial terms.
5. Customer materials and responsibilities
You retain ownership of materials and data you provide. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for us to use them for the agreed work. Do not send credentials, regulated data, or confidential production files through public forms or email without an agreed secure method.
6. Intellectual property
Zentrix Studio retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, product code, visual products, methods, templates, and general know-how. Ownership or licensing of custom deliverables is defined in the project agreement and may depend on full payment. Product feedback may be used to improve our offerings without identifying you.
7. Third-party platforms
Our products may depend on Microsoft Power BI, AppSource, Microsoft 365, browsers, and other third-party services. Their availability, policies, APIs, certification processes, and platform behavior are outside our control and are governed by their own terms.
8. Support, previews, and changes
Public support information is available on our support page. Preview and early-access software may be incomplete, change without notice, or be withdrawn. Service levels apply only when expressly included in a paid plan or written agreement.
9. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website or products, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, violate law or third-party rights, or remove proprietary notices. License-specific restrictions appear in the EULA.
10. Disclaimers
Except where a written agreement says otherwise, the website, public documentation, preview software, and free products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zentrix Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. For a paid engagement, aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected product or service during the twelve months before the claim, unless a signed agreement or applicable law requires otherwise.
