1. Services
Zentrix Studio provides web development, design, maintenance, and related digital services. The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables for each project are defined in individual project proposals and agreements.
2. Project Agreements
Each project begins with a detailed proposal outlining scope, timeline, costs, and deliverables. Work commences upon written approval and any required deposit. Changes to scope may affect timeline and cost.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in each project agreement. Standard terms include a deposit before work begins and final payment upon completion. Late payments may result in project pauses.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all custom code, designs, and content created specifically for your project are transferred to you. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
5. Warranty & Support
We provide a warranty period (as specified in your agreement) during which we fix any bugs or issues related to our delivered work at no additional cost. Extended support is available through maintenance plans.
6. Limitation of Liability
Zentrix Studio's liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables.
