Do you build custom Power BI visuals for organizations?

Yes. We can design and build visuals around a specific reporting workflow, data shape, brand system, or enterprise deployment requirement. The discovery process covers feasibility, UX, accessibility, performance, packaging, and support.

Is the Calendar Heatmap available on AppSource?

Yes — the Zentrix Calendar Heatmap is live on Microsoft AppSource. In Power BI, open Visualizations → “Get more visuals” and search “Zentrix Calendar Heatmap”, or use the link on our Visuals page. The core visual is free.

Can a Zentrix visual access or transmit my report data?

No. Zentrix visuals are designed to process the data supplied by Power BI inside the visual sandbox, without external network calls or telemetry. Where a visual offers export, the file is generated in the visual and saved to your own device. See the privacy and security pages for the exact scope and current product status.

Can you help with security or procurement review?

Yes. Send the questionnaire or list of required documents and we will provide the available architecture, privacy, data-handling, and support information. We do not claim certifications or controls that have not been completed.

Where should I report a product issue?

Use the support page for installation questions and bug reports. Include your Power BI environment, visual version, steps to reproduce, and an anonymized screenshot or sample file only when needed.

Do you also build Power BI dashboards and web data experiences?

Yes. Product work is our primary focus, and we also take selected dashboard, embedded analytics, and web data-visualization projects where the scope is a good fit.
